Now in our third season, our Family Film Series brings the community together to enjoy family friendly movies in a comfortable, fun and safe environment with music, and food and drink vendors.

This year, we have partnered with Lincoln’s Cottage.  President Lincoln’s Cottage is a historic site and museum located on a 250 acre campus in Petworth, Washington, DC.  It’s a beautiful site and ideal location for our film series.  “Abraham Lincoln made some of his most nation-changing decisions and developed the Emancipation Proclamation”.

Get ready to bring your picnics and to spread your blankets at Lincoln’s Cottage.  Enjoy STEAM activities, family crafts, DJ music and food vendors.

The event is FREE and open to public.

 

President Lincoln’s Cottage is on the grounds of the Armed Forces Retirement Home. Security for the Armed Forces Retirement Home requires visitors to show valid identification at the security gate in order to enter the property.  Please be prepared to show your ID.
